Notice of temporary closure of customer centre due to typhoon

From December 16th to 17th, a huge typhoon passed through the area where our customer centre is located, causing enormous damage.
Due to the effect, our customer centre will be closed for the time being.
We will notify you on our website as soon as we’re ready to resume.
If you are in a hurry, we will accept inquiries by email, but we may be late in replying.
