Apology regarding large shipping delays.

Dear customers

Thank you for always using PREMIUM WATER.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers over the past few
months, including delivery delays, lost items, and incorrect deliveries.

Those problems are continually occurring with the delivery company we outsource, due to a
shortage of delivery staff and human error during shipping operations.

We have confirmed that most of those problems are caused by delivery companies
subcontracted by our outsourced delivery company.

Now, we are providing specific improvement guidance to our outsourced delivery company
including the change of subcontractor.

We will do our best to make improvements so that we do not cause any further
inconvenience to our valued customers.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort caused to our customers.
