Ask your friend to enter your Customer Number in the "Remarks" field.
Once your friend’s application is complete!Both you and your friend will receive free water bottles!
For you
- If a friend orders, you will receive 2 sets (total of 4 bottles)
- If two friends order, you will receive 3 sets (total of 6 bottles)
- If three friends order, you will receive 4 sets (total of 8 bottles)
※For orders from your fourth friend on, you will receive 2 sets (total of 4 bottles) for each subsequent friend.
For your friend
- In addition to the regular 1 set of free water bottles for the first order, your friend will receive an additional set – that’s 4 water bottles of charge!
How to check your Customer Number

- 2.Check your Customer Number from My Account
※Please give your Customer Number to your friend in advance.
Conditions of this Programme
- ・The contract for those who have contracted Premium Water in the past will not applicable for this programme.
- ・Free water bottles will be dispatched to you once we confirm your friend has received the first order and the payment is complete, on condition that the purchase contracts of both you and your friend are valid at time of dispatch.
- ・If you have an outstanding balance at the time of friend referral, we will dispatch you the free water bottles once your payment is confirmed.
- ・Free water bottles will be dispatched separately from your regular order. Please note that you cannot replace this free offer with your regular purchase.
- ・If your friend has cancelled the contract before receiving the initial order, your referral will be deemed invalid.
- ・Please note that we may, at our discretion, terminate or amend this Programme at any time without prior notice.
